Academic facility built for the renowned International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore.

This facility includes 90,000 Sq.Ft. of built-up area consisting of large classrooms, laboratories and expansive atriums. There is also an underground parking space of 150 cars and a 50kL Sub-Terrain Sewage Treatment Plant. Road work and playgrounds were also constructed using in-house experts.

The entire project, right from excavation to completion of interior works was executed in a short span of 13 months. This goes to show our commitment to time and quality and ability mobilize labour forces. It is one of our flagship projects.
